- Along with the Customer Success Assosiate, you will help to maintain overall high levels of customer satisfaction for expansion and renewals.
- Perform initial onboarding and training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing satisfaction
- Ensures all customers are successfully using the service along with complete features they have purchased from the company
- Help customers maximize the value of services with absolute knowledge.
- Identify and coordinate communications between customers and appropriate internal resources
