Project Coordinator will work closely with Principal IT Consultants to assist in documentation, creating milestones, project plan and execution strategies, proposals for the clients, presentations and products specifications.
- Should be aware IT services lifecycle, project planning and management.
- Ability to intercept client requirements and translate them into accurate solutions designing with the help of Principal IT Consultants.
- Ability to produce reports proposals project status and milestones drafts for weekly progress meeting.
- Should know basic principles of IT standards and processes.
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
- Execute the project according to the project plan
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
- Can write process/ project documents for training/reporting of agents/senior management
- Ensure that the project deliverables are on time.
- Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
- Superior Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skill
