Job Responsibilities
- Serving as the first point of contact for end-user support with excellent customer service on computer systems/network on a routine basis
- Responsible for installation, administration, and testing of operating systems, software, and other applicable devices
- You must be able to prioritize remediation of issues in an environment with critical uptime requirements
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Interacting with Vendors for Hardware & Software Support
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions through Phone and email communication channels
- Meet SLAs like response and resolution times of tickets
Required Job Skills, Qualification & Specifications
- Windows Operating Systems
- Networking protocols, and standards
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Computer peripherals and devices
- MS Office / Office 365
- Basic understanding of security applications such as VPN and Firewalls
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Excellent time management
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Minimum 1 years of experience in IT
