Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain daily operational SRs/ MOP updation
- Work with the professionals in multiple fields including Sales and Marketing, Management Operations, and IT
- Manage and update operations
- Ensure sound co-ordination and communication among the team members so that the deliverables are fulfilled accordingly
- Support the function in daily operations for smooth running of business processes
- Identify improvement areas and take initiative to present possible solutions
- Provide assistance in other functions and tasks that are assigned to them
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of Windows
- Knowledge of Web development tools, Wordpress and other CMS, monitoring and reporting toolsm
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop , Illustrator , dreamweaver and other designing software
- Strong communication skills Self-driven and motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office,
- Strong Writing Abilities
