Job Description

  • Work closely with the Regional Manager to improve sales productivity by contacting customers, arranging meetings and ensuring sales team has high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  • Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when Line Manager is unavailable including answering customer queries, verifying orders and preparing proposals.
  • Keep a strong follow-up with international and local clients.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Input orders into the system and ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure all customer queries are handled efficiently.
  • 2 to 3 years’ sales experience (IT experience would be a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good team player with a can do attitude
  • Attention to detail is required
  • Organizational, time management, and project management skills
