To support & assist Finance Manager with his daily tasks. Update daily reports that will be assigned for Islamabad.
Roles & Responsibility/Duties
§ Maintain/Update/Reconcile daily Bank Book; (will be handed over after 03 months of employment)
§ Maintain/Update/Reconcile Daily Cash Book; (will be handed over after 03 months of employment)
§ Preparation of Cash/Bank Vouchers;
§ Assist in bank reconciliation statements – Monthly;
§ Prepare/Maintain/Review Invoices & Invoice Database for all Clients;
§ Prepare Journal Vouchers for all accounting entries;
§ Update/Maintain Payables/Receivables Database;
§ Responsible for preparing CPV/BPV for all Salaries;
- Maintain asset leasing & payment records;
- Prepare analysis reports on receivables - payment cycles,
- Prepare & maintain asset perforamnce sheets - daily basis.
§ Assist in preparation of annual tax returns for the firm, partners/directors & executive members;
§ Work in collaboration with peers and other staff members for better learning & working in a team;
§ All other tasks that will be assigned directly by Finance Manager/Director/CEO/BDE.

§ Follow the SOPs applicable at all times;
§ Performance shall be monitored at all times and shall be the only indicator for performance bonuses and/or salary increment.
§ Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
§ There is no extra compensation for additional working hours.
§ Fully understand & respect the hierarchy at all times;
Probationary Period
The probationary period shall be of 30 days, starting from the first day of joining;
The probationary period shall not be financially compensated.
