Job Description

Qualified, experienced, and well educated female candidate for the position of Office Secretary required urgently for a leading and well-known company in Lahore.Job description :

  • Acting as the first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often -controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Managing all the social networks i.e Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc and report back to CEO
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Should have good communication skills and computer knowledge.
  • Should perform any other task given by the management.
