Job Description
Xtecsoft seeks to fill a dual position in digital marketing and web content production. Expertise in Search Engine Optimization strategies is essential as is the ability manage Google Ad Campaigns. Expert command of the English Language. We are looking for leadership in in several related areas: digital marketing strategy, competitive research analysis, website audits, and keyword acquisition strategies. We are interested in creating innovative, buzz-generating content for our clients that builds on strong competitive research and a deep understanding of current and potential markets. SEO strategies will place equal emphasis on content that is both keyword-rich and user-friendly; we seek to drive traffic to our clients’ sites, but also to give them a compelling narrative (both visual and verbal) when they get there. In sum: the new hire will be responsible for the creation, launch, and management of SEO and PPC campaigns, long- and short-term strategic planning based on deep competitor analysis, and the creation of compelling, keyword-rich web content.
Primary Responsibilities
- Performing thorough, detailed website analysis for our clients. Identifying current problems and opportunities, with a focus on crawlability, site architecture and site content
- Preparing and presenting detailed strategy and SEO performance reports.
- Writing powerful headlines and body copy that are both keyword-rich and eloquent.
- Writing and placing effective call-to-action banners, graphics, etc.
- Keeping abreast of white black hat tactics, so as not to violate search engine guidelines.
- Pursuing innovative strategies for improving and tracking site performance.
- Training other employees in on-page and off-page SEO
Skills Required
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with online and social media content writing.
- Experience in competitor research and analysis.
- Participation in strategic brainstorming sessions that will lead the team in the creation and execution of off-page campaigns that drive awareness, build buzz and indicate relevance to the search engines.
- Ability to create highly refined keyword strategies that will lay the foundation for the rest of a client's SEO project.
- Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing, especially as it relates to SEO.
- Ability to manage Google Ad Campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics.
- Experience with Google, Yahoo and Bing, including Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
- Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs.
- An up-to-date, working knowledge of current, past, and projected trends in the SEO industry.
- Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.
