Principle Accountability: To be involved in co-ordination with High Street
Channel, monitoring lubricant sales, all administrative work and liaison with the relevant RMs / DMs within the region / territories
Job responsibilities are as under: -
Reports
- Daily Sales Summary Repots vs Target
- Distributor Upliftment trends vs. plan
- Secondary Sales Data Compilation & Analysis
- Monitor Regional Imprest, follow-up and highlighting variance (If any)
- SKU wise trend (forecasting & analysis
- Competitive overview and collection of data from DMs
- Distributor KPI tracking
- Reporting of distributor & SKU wise performance vs. targets
- Distributor & Territory wise Data,
- Competitor Activity Reports
- Touring Rooster
- PL Plan register & tracking
- Distributor Sales & Stock Report
- Monitor Giveaways and other trade marketing stuff
Administration Support
- Dispatch & Follow-up of POS material
- Follow-up of Imprest & Payments
- Market Visits (Tracking & follow-up with DMs / TSEs & TSOs)
- Follow-up on delivery of Uniforms etc
- Distributor / Sub distributor / Agents / Dealers Claims and Settlement Tracking
- Enter the data of post approved OCF & DN (dispatched)
- Travel Support Services to the RHQ staff
