Job Requirements:
- Should know how to attend calls
- Can responsibly and professionally reply to emails and phone calls
- Skilled in MS Office
- Polite, well mannered and from a good background
- Able to communicate eloquently and politely
- Team player, willing to work flexible hours
- Positive personality
- Notify company personnel of customer arrival
- Keep a safe and clean reception area
- Receive letters, packages and have them distributed to the appropriate destination
- Must be willing to multi-task and learn administrative procedures and clerical actions
- Must be willing to travel occasionally for training purposes
- Will be required to do cold calling and generate leads.
