The candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio both print and digital
Should be able to create catchy and attractive cover designs and layouts.
Should have experience in making promotional materials, corporate branding, LOGO designing and social media template development.
Possession of creative flair, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop etc).
Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines.
Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs.
Should be open to feedback and willing to make changes to designs.
