We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Umrah Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping customers select the right Umrah packages, offering exceptional customer service, and assisting in all aspects of the booking process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding our products or services.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Record and update customer interactions in the system.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to Umrah packages, travel itineraries, and booking procedures.
- Provide expert guidance on visa processes, accommodation options, transportation, and other services.
- Achieve sales targets by converting inquiries into bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their needs are met throughout their journey.
- Stay updated on Umrah package details, special offers, and promotions.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure the timely execution of bookings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Knowledge of Umrah requirements and procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
