We are a tech-based logistics solution company, looking for Operations Executive.
You’ll be joining as an Operations Executive in a lively and productive workplace where we work together to help other businesses run better.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage operational activities on a daily basis, ensuring discipline and compliance as per set standards
- Deal with any crises that may arise in order to ensure smooth flow of operations
- Build relations with Truck Partners and customers
- Manage the payments side of the operations by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders
- Pitch different vehicle categories to the client and build supply capabilities in the assigned area in order to ensure maximum revenue generation from the assigned account
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years experience in operations of a transport/logistics company
- Have a can-do attitude
- Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Have strong negotiation skills
