Head of Operations will be part of Yeh Truck operations team and will execute the operational strategy of all its products to achieve assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating the transporter network of both small, medium, and large truckers
- Managing cooperation teams all across Pakistan for transporters registration and for their operational support
- Implementation of YehTruck Market Place from the Supply-side to build the largest trucker base in Pakistan
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate and effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and practices
- Act as a team player to improve the quality and efficiency of operational activities
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Transport Operations preferably working directly in a transport company or working in the logistics department of any manufacturing concerns
- Excellent presentation skills.
- An exceptional desire to succeed, as a team player.
- Highly self-motivated and self-driven with entrepreneurial flair and attention to detail.
- Fast learner and problem solver who could cope with new challenges in high-growth companies
