We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Executive/Generalist to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of HR functions, good interpersonal skills and good organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention rate
- Responsible for all HR Operations including but not limited to Attendance Management, Leaves, Payroll, Employee Insurance and Medical reimbursements
- Managing employee database(s)
- Conducting Employee Onboarding & Orientation while maintaining necessary paperwork (employee files, job applications etc.)
- Implement development plans and engagement activities
- Build strong relationships with the employees and managers to develop a consistent approach to people management within the role, across the company
- Address and resolve employee grievances
- Handle offboarding while maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters
Job Requirements:
- Minimum BBA/MBA or any equivalent degree in Human Resource.
- 1-4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong grip on MS Office Suite (this will be tested)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Remarkable organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical & problem solving skills.
The candidate may have to go through a written test for this position.
This is a Monday to Saturday job.
