We are looking for a "Customer Support Officer" for our factory located in Export Processing Zone, Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi.

The following are the requirements for this position:

To coordinate with dispatch team for preparing daily samples packets for the shipment through customs process.
To make sample parcels by extracting address and attention person from system.
To prepare and share the daily samples excel file report with the admin team concerns by customer wise addresses for TCS record & tracking purpose.
To follow-up and keep the record for daily sample’s delivery through Admin, Sales team, and walk-in customers.
To make gate pass and exist documents for samples as per requirement.
To assist CS team in making Proforma invoices and samples entry in system.

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a HEC recognized institute

Experience : 6 months to 1 years’ experience in services or manufacturing sector.
