1. To coordinate with sister companies regarding purchase orders/inquiries for assigned area.
2. To coordinate with PPC department regarding order arrangement, lead time negotiation and item color registration for assigned area.
3. To maintain inventory check sheets for assigned area for all sister concerns.
4. To maintain lead time and price negotiation sheet for assigned area for all sister concerns.
5. To maintain semi standard slider sheet and place orders with the approval of Section Head.
6. To update daily sales and order receiving reports.
7. To maintain and follow up slider usage check sheet.
8. To generate Performa invoice for all assigned export customers.
9. To perform any other duty assigned by the management.
