1. To ensure proper operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of all IT hardware and software in the company (Support Level-1).
2. To update network infrastructure diagram when required.
3. To ensure IT support for all company computer users (Support Level-1).
4. To ensure that the information provided by the system is accurate, timely accessible at all times.
5. To carry out employee registration and deletion of Domain, Lotus Notes, WINGS and assign roles according to the company IT SOP.
6. To ensure user access rights, regarding data and system, are as per defined company policies and procedures.
7. To take backups of file, application and WINGS server on daily / weekly / monthly / annually.
8. To perform troubleshooting and maintenance of windows servers and services.
9. To perform installation of servers, desktops and laptops according to authorized list of software applications.
10. To maintain and follow-up IT asset management, device errors, periodic tests, preventive maintenance and WPS.
11. To assist section head in maintaining, updating and follow-up IT SW licenses, SLA and AMC, and vendors record.
12. To check physical ACL, logical ACL and server room visitor log and get it verified by section head on weekly/monthly basis.
13. To check daily WINGS server night backup and inform section head for any issues.
14. To generate monthly closing reports from WINGS and run query for sales department and PPC section.
15. Responsible to maintain server capacity indicators and update physical files on monthly basis.
16. To assist section head in the implementation of new IT projects.
17. To coordinate with YHA IT team for support Level-2.
18. To assist section head in internal and external audits.
19. To plan and deliver ISMS awareness sessions for staff, as and when required.
20. To perform any other duty/project assigned by the management.
