Job Description

Preferably MBA with 5-8 years of experience in FMCG field sales / merchandising having knowledge of food-based FMCG distribution and trade challenges. Excellent communication skills with an innovative spirit to explore and execute new trends, ensuring a qualitative impact on sales. Responsibilities include leading all trade marketing operations & in-store activities; Implementation of visibility strategy / trade plans for Young’s products at all points of sales and consumptions; EPOS data sharing and shelf monitoring; deployment of visibility tools as per channels need; Merchandising team hiring & monitoring; Channels audit and visibility training for customer marketing to field sales teams. The person should be able to understand category dynamics and can translate channel and shopper/consumer insights, from idea to execution, into POSM & Point of sale shelf design.
