We are looking to hire Business Development Executives for work from home model. They will be the liaison between our company and its potential customers.
- actively seeking out new sales opportunities through dialing
- Providing the information about our services
- listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
- Making strong follow ups to close the sale
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the ERP
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken and share with the Team Lead
Job Requirement:
- A good Laptop with a working camera
- Stable Internet Connection (minimum 10Mbs)
- A separate working space
- A USB Headset
- Outstanding communication skills
- Convincing skills
- Active to work on targets and motivated to achieve them within given deadline
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Strong time management skills
- Minimum one year of experience in Sales/Telemarketing
