Customer Support Representative is required who have outstanding English Communication skills and is energetic.

They will have to perform the following duties:

  • Manage incoming phone calls of the international customers
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • Ensure to generate complaints to the relevant department on a timely manner
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Perform data analysis in MS Excel and relevant tools
  • Handle multiple customer interaction platforms

Job timings are Day Shift 8 am-5 pm.
