We are looking for a highly talented professional who has the energy and passion to transform the admin facilities of our Islamabad office.
Experience as an office admin is a must. The duties include:
- Routine office admin duties.
- Manual and computerize reporting
- The post is responsible for planning and leading various operational activities within and outside the office.
- Proactive role for the company branding.
- Regularly present monthly administration expenses budget variance report to Head of Finance.
- Ensure on-time completion of scheduled tasks.
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Review and execute routine maintenance plan including electrical and others.
- Any other task assign by management related to administration.
