Cielo WiGle, a US-based Smart Home company, having its development office in Pakistan through its subsidiary YES, is looking to expand its team.
Cielo is a fast-growing startup with a unique product basket. We are in the process of building a next-gen smart HVAC consumer brand. Cielo smart products include Cielo Breez Plus & Cielo Breez Eco. These products are smart air conditioner controllers for both residential and commercial customers. The products are being sold in the US, Canada, and a few select countries.
Our Marketing focus is primarily the US market and marketing channels include Amazon, Google, Social Media, Affiliation and more.

Responsibilities:
- Creation & Management of Social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Creation & Management of Google Ads campaigns
- Creation & Management of Content Ads campaigns
- Creation & Management of YouTube campaigns
- Creation & Management of SEO and outreach campaigns
- Creation & Management of Email campaigns
- Monitoring costs and return on investment (ROI) and other KPIs
- Creating strategies and generating supporting content
- Work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager and other ad hoc tasks
MUST Requirements
- We require a highly proactive, energetic and creative individual who can strengthen our marketing with their unique ideas and expert contributions. A keen attention to detail and an organized approach to work is necessary.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing /Communications or a related field of study
- Highly proficient with the English language
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience with social media management and advertisements
- Comprehensive understanding of SEO, Landing pages, marketing funnels and conversion tactics
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Proficient in Excel
ADVANTAGEOUS Requirements
- Experience with Google Ads
- Experience with marketing for the US market
- Experience with working in a HVAC industry
- Experience with landing page creation and optimization
- Understanding of the digital acquisition ecosystem (Text, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, Email, Paid Social Channels)
- Proficient in Photoshop or other graphic tools
- Ability to quickly assess and prioritize tasks
