Purpose of the Position:
Finance Manager will be responsible to handle the company financial activities with highest level of financial accountability and responsibility. Proven experience of using Quickbooks as financial management software is a MUST.
Main Responsibilities of the Position:
· Experience as finance manager having strong command on Quickbooks financial accounting.
· Complete understanding of financial accounting at a company level.
· All financial accounting is done through the online Quickbook Software and there are no manual vouchers or registers involved.
· Ability to coordinate with diverse teams/cost centers, updated tax related knowledge.
· Budget management and compliance with Masters or equivalent degree.
· Exposure to development work is required.
Skills Required:
· Expertise in Quickbooks.
· Complete understanding of TAXATION, CUSTOM DUTIES and IMPORT Procedure.
· Well versed with financial accounting systems with proven track record.
· Expertise in MS Office.
· Ability to work under pressure and adjust to new working condition.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in report writing and documentation.
· Strong written and oral communication.
· Self-motivated with good organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Reliable, efficient and responsible.
