- Installation, configuration and maintenance of customer network infrastructure including DSL, Fiber, IP Routing
- Configuration and maintenance of customer systems infrastructure
- Yournet network infrastructure installation, replacement and maintenance (as per requirement)
- Internal and external coordination with problem resolution approach
- Customer satisfaction by providing effective support
- Email utilities configuration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Basic Linux/Windows Server management
