Our expertise lies in onsite or remotely Bookkeeping, Payroll processing and Management & Financial Accounting.

We are looking for office supervisor/CRS who must have well spoken english skills. 

You will be working on agreed KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) to generate business revenue and call targets to make sure the business targets are being met

Arranging meetings with Existing and New Clients. Arranging and Setting appointments with new Clients. (Only UK Based Clients)

Cold Calling

Client Data Management/Update Records

Daily Handover Submission

Recruitment And HR duties

Supervision of team members

General administration and other ad hoc duties as require

Our office based in London and this Pakistan office will be performing the same duties as our London office. You will communicate with our clients as well based in London so Excellent Spoken English is compulsory. Proven work experience in Call centres or in CRS role (Only in English)  is essential. The client base will be in UK so any UK experience will be benefited for this job.

Essentials: 

1.    Excellent Spoken English 

2.    Excellent Communication and convincing skills 

3.    Minimum 2 years of experience working in environment where English was your first language.

Basic Salary package: 25,000Rs to 30,000RS and Very attractive Commission options. You can earn more than 15000rs on top of your Basic Salary.
