Job Description
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
- Maintains record by entering information of each call.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Call Center Agent Skills and Qualifications
- Native accent (USA Native)
- Verbal Communication, Reading and Understanding, Data Entry Skills, Multi-tasking, Problem Solving.
- Minimum one year experience in a customer support role (call center)
- Intermediate or above
- Work in shifts - Evening & Night
