- Generating of new inventory item codes on oracle data base.
- Set the stock level or inventory status, by observe net requirement of users.
- De-activate unnecessary and same item codes for minimize errors.
- Approve the purhcase orders and save the cost by cancelling them, if they are not necessary.
- Make costing report of weaving and spinning sectors
- Also make monthly stock report for comparison to last month.
- Investigate the operation of departments and planning for try to get maximum output in minimum cost. Also make payments of vendors and suppliers.
- Involve in inventory management and control all stores of mill.
