We are looking for Telesales Executives with corporate sales experience, preferably selling into HR or Accounts departments, so you can speak the language of our customers. As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to attract new corporate clients, retain existing customers and seek sales growth opportunities within existing client networks.
The right candidate will be a confident, easy-going, quick learner, have excellent communication skills and good with technology solutions. Your success will have direct impact on the company’s growth and a great opportunity to make both base and commission earnings.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect into new accounts to sell the company’s platform via telephone or email to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
- Generate prospective customers through corporate demand generation programs, cold calling, and warm calling.
- Conduct product demo sessions with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with customer support and marketing team to answer customer queries and Build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.
Requirements
- Number driven and analytical.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for sales management is desirable.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/IT or related fields.
- At least 2 years of telesales or corporate sales experience.
Working Hours:
07:00 PM – 03:00 AM, 5 days a week.
