Requirements:
- 2 years of cheese making experience.
- Must know how to make both processed and non-processed Mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese.
- Technical expertise pertaining to cheese making related machinery.
- Excellent creative skills to improve the taste and texture of the cheese.
- Flexible timings would be required.
Contract to be renewed based on performance.
