- Chat with customers on WhatsApp and Facebook to answer their queries and sell our jewellery products to them
- Give product information and online sales and delivery information to customers
- Take orders from customers on Facebook, WhatsApp and Phone
- Convey the product demand to craftsman for jewellery manufacturing
- Make sure the right product specifications are given to the craftsmen
- Follow up with craftsmen for timely manufacturing of products
- Candidate must have good computer skills, English is mandatory
- Candidate should know how to use Facebook, WhatsApp, MS Excel, MS Word
- Design and post posts on Facebook and Instagram
- Deal with customers who visit our private studio. Note down their requirements and ensure that their products are made as per specifications
- Coordinate with Fashion bloggers, photographers, makeup artists, celebrities etc
- Take photographs of the products & Write descriptions of products
- Upload products on the website
