Zambeel stores is looking for Assistant Admin Manager for the company.Following are tasks and responsibilities that must be done during job which are as follow:

  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Assist administration manager in day to day office works.
  • Keep maintain the house keeping.
  • Keep the office facilities arrange routinly.
  • Reporting to the administration manager.
