We are looking for an e-commerce expert who has a deep knowledge about product sourcing, product procurement and online marketplaces like Amazon & eBay.A successful candidate must have an experience of 3-5 years with at least 2 years of experience in ecommerce domain.In addition, he or she should be able to:
- Launch and manage company’s portfolio on multiple ecommerce marketplace sites, like Amazon and eBay.
- Identify authorized suppliers and establish professional relationships with them
- Manage the product sourcing pipeline
- Handle all operations related to the procurement processes
- Ensure timely delivery of goods from suppliers to the company’s sales channels
- Develop forecasting models to optimize the inventoryPrepare daily & weekly reports of sales for strategy discussions
- Provides strategic insights by reviewing marketing trends and competitor websites
- Manage company’s Amazon Seller account & eBay account.
- Keep all accounts in good standing by providing a superb customer service and proactively resolving issues that could lead to negative reviews and feedbacks
- Continuously improve our competitive position on Amazon
- Develop strategies to ensure revenue targets are met in each marketplace
- Maintain ongoing learning and growth with evolving Amazon strategies, tactics, etc. by being a serious student of the community, tools, organizations, and competitor practices
- Communicates business objectives, initiatives, and results with other departments of the company.
