Job Description

The candidate selected for this position will be required to execute and coordinate office operations such as meetings, conferences, workshops, convocations and/or special events

  • Coordinate building and equipment maintenance requests
  • Maintain keys and key log for department
  • He/she will be tasked with organizing day-to-day operations of administrative services and raising purchase requests of required items at office
  • Further, the individual will be required to coordinate with the building management for the smooth processing of operations
  • Take care of office-space planning
  • Maintenance and renovations
  • Carry out inspection of various facilities
  • Supervise administrative support staff
  • Divide responsibilities to ensure performance
