Responsibilities:
- As an Assistant Project Manager, you will lead multiple initiatives/ programs/ solutions that align with business portfolio strategy.
- Own complete life cycle from initiation to deployment.
- Develop and manage schedules; identify risks, manage scope and resource changes, and monitor progress against plan.
- Identify, escalate and drive resolution of issues that can affect program schedule and feature commitments.
- Define, generate and assess performance metrics for the project. Ensure all necessary data are available for critical decision making.
- Communicate regularly to management and stakeholders on project status, risks and change control.
- Ensure effective communication within the cross-functional teams
- Engineering, Product Management, QA and release management.
Requirements:
- Should be a Mobile Apps Enthusiast
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
- Previous experience in managing scope, timeline
- Strong time management skills
- Agile / Scrum development methodology
- Excellent communication and documentation habits
- QA/Automation background is prefered
- JIRA / Confluence or any other project mapping tool preferred
