Job Brief:
Zameen.com is looking to recruit a skilled professional for its “Documentation Officer” post. The candidate selected for this position should be working closely with internal and external stake holders
Job Responsibility:
- To receive and process the property documents of all ZD projects within defined TAT.
- To enter and update the data of notarized units and installments receiving in CRM.
- To report the discrepancies found in documents to Manager documentation for timely resolution of all such discrepancies.
- To ensure that all the relevant information required to make an agreement is mentioned in SPA.
- To ensure that the down payment is completely received as per payment plan when SPA is processed.
- To dispatch the ready agreement documents to buyer.
- Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's in business administration or equivalent degree.
- Location: Multan.
- Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in documents handling and record keeping.
