We are looking for the services of HR Business Partner. Our ideal candidate will be able to align and execute Zameen's business strategy, bring together combined and cutting-edge HR solutions (and take ownership of designated HR processes), resolve complex employee relations issues, and address worker grievances. Furthermore, the candidate should exhibit sound commercial knowledge, prior experience in dealing with HR best practices, and excellent employee management skills.
JOB LOCATION: Islamabad
EDUCATION: Bachelors (MBA from a reputable University will be a plus)
EXPERIENCE: : 5 Years (Sound experience in recruitment planning, analytics & grievance handling)
