Job Description is urgently looking for  Senior HR Business Partner for its Lahore office

8 to 10 years of relevant experience in I.T/software industry

Graduation from a well reputed university or foreign/international degree.


  • Act as a strategic business partner to drive the execution of people and culture strategy, create operational plans, and road map for the business.
  • Look after and lead all the HR units; Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Grievance Handling, Compensation, Compliance, Administration and Operations
  • Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring -Resolve employee relations issues, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees Attractive compensation package with other perks & benefits will be offered to the selected candidate
