Graduation with 1-2 years of relevant experience

Job Duties:

-Preparation of employee contracts & records as per the Company' Policy/Standard Operating Procedures, and in compliance with the government regulations

-Coordination with the management and incorporate all the changes as per the input received from the management

-Ensure complete confidentiality of personnel data.
