Job Description

Zameen media is looking to hire a skilled professional for its ‘Manager OD’ post – who will be tasked with managing the company’s organizational restructuring, policy-making, KPIS & performance management, change management, and employee engagement concerns. In addition, he (or she) will collaborate with HR leaders to develop, design, and implement various learning programs for organizational/employee advancement.

Job Location: Lahore

Minimum Education: Bachelors or Masters – preferably in Human Resources

Experience: 7-10 years of relavant experience in OD
