Zameen com is looking to recruit a skilled professional for its 'MEP Engineer' post, who will be tasked with overseeing the construction/design dynamics of the company’s multi-story building projects – and, specifically, their mechanical, electrical and plumbing concerns. The resource will be responsible for drafting a detailed line diagram of each unit/utility service incorporated in the building, and for determining the capacity of transformers (to suit the building’s power consumption needs), designing transmission line pathways from grid to site, determining the capacity of required water pumps, and designing plumbing layouts. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong grip on LDA and other relevant authorities’ bylaws.

Minimum Education: BSc Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
