- Coordination with inter departments (IT, Sales, Processes, Payments and etc.)
- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
- Suggest sales training programs and techniques.
- Create reports, analyze, and interpret the data, like revenues, expenses and competition.
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
- Handle customer’s complaints and provide solutions.
- Assist the manager in planning & implementing the strategies to educate and attract the Affiliates.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, should be strong hands-on at distribution planning and operations implementation. Good interpersonal skills, good grip on MSEXCEL & power point, smart and vigilant looking individual.
