Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for target achievement for respective region
- Responsible for assigning tasks through CRM and other mediums (SMS, Email) to media associates
- Ensuring the quality check of the received images & videos
- Responsible for compilation of all tasks
- Ensure the minimum rejections of tasks by having a spot-check on media associates
- Ensure the media associate availability on required place by tracker
- Ensure that Issues relevant to media associates: Salary (accounts, accessories) are addressed
- Training of new induction
- Responsible for maintaining & securing the zameen.com provided accessories
- Liaison with other departments for their assign tasks and completion of media projects
- Ensuring the media coverage of Zameen’s Event
- Supervision of Media Editing Team
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum graduate preferably in Media studies
- Minimum two years of photography and Videography experience
- Ability to use Media equipment such as Drone, DSLR osmo and etc
Preferred Skills
- Creativity and innovation that should be reflected in shoots/interviews
- Team Leadership and Management
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and other team of department
