Main Responsibilities:
1.Responsible to manage the inventory & accounts of Exclusive Project Sales
2.Liaison with business development team to process/verify the details of contracts, payments, inventory and sales
3.Correspondence with other departments against created/assigned tasks
4.Ensure that payments are being verified in a timely manner
5.Responsible for provisioning inventory hold requests after verification upon substantial documents & approvals
6.Responsible to maintain the records against each request
7.Accountable to maintain the reports on weekly, monthly & yearly basis
8.Ensure technical optimization of the system to maximize productivity
9.Devise SOPs and KPIs for inventory management and accounts team
10.Other tasks assigned by SMT.
