- We are looking to recruit a skilled professional for ‘Telesales Manager’ post.
- The applicant selected for this position will be tasked with meeting with the Telesales Team Lead to discussing telesales strategies, training junior telesales staff, writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets, and implementing sales strategies.
- Further, he (or she) will be responsible for monitoring the performance/efficacy of deployed sales strategies, setting weekly and monthly sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, handling escalated customer complaints, and compiling and presenting sales reports.
