Internship Leading to Permanent Job
- Develop and support new and current partnership engagements including identifying and building relationships with prospective collaborative partners on bids
- Working closely with marketing & communications colleagues to develop familiarity.
- Work flexibly across the Marketing and Programme teams, and projects where required
- Retain all existing clients and identify/deliver growth opportunities nationally.
- Lead the client satisfaction and renewal process through effective client reporting and communication
- Develop the CareFlight Strategy for Partnerships that will drive new business, identify and project manage key contract renewals.
- Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and creating innovative approaches to improvement
- Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
- Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
Time: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
