Main job description include:

  • Bank / Cash Reconciliations
  • Month-end Accounts closing
  • Account Payables (Ensuring payments timely keeping in view the cash flows position)
  • Inventory management (Implementation and adherence to SOPs, fortnightly stock reconciliation, physical stock count, adjustments to accounts)
  • Daily sales report (from online sales portal)
  • Monthly invoices preparation and dispatching on time
  • Payroll preparation and strict control over disbursements
  • Cash flows forecasting and ensuring that monthly targets are met.
  • Financial accounts preparation
  • Account Receivables (Managing aging reports and recoveries within time to fulfill cash flows targets)
  • Inventory Management
  • Management reporting of sorts
  • Online retail business management
  • Ensuring adherence to Standard operating procedures (SOP’s) including file/voucher management
  • Strong emphasis on correctness, completeness and accuracy
