We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our US based organization and are enthusiastic about problem solving with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should have the ability to engage clients with their outgoing, but strong personality while using their polite verbal communication skills. It is also important that this person be willing to go the extra mile for the team, the company and themselves. This person must be passionate about their work and career-oriented.

Responsibilities:

-Answer and resolve support requests in an efficient and timely manner via phone, email and/or chat

-Prioritize and manage internal and external requests

-Maintain a high level of communication with clients on status updates, time to resolution and proposed solutions

-Continuously exceed customer expectations

-Open/close tickets as needed and report any bugs reported and product issues in a clear and comprehensive manner
