Job Description:

  • Calculate fortnightly commissions in accordance with the company commission plan and policy.
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc).
  • Conduct regular audits and prepare reports for commission discrepancies.
  • Keep the track of previous commission and KPIs related payments.
  • Control possible misuse of commissions plan and recommend economies.
  • Reporting and coordinating with senior and middle management.

Requirements: 

  • Proven working experience in compensation / commissions management with extensive skills in financial analytics and advance MS Excel.
  • Prior working experience as compensation and benefits specialist/executive or similar, preferably with Telecom / retail industry.
  • Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
  • Ability to handle large data and take tough deadlines pressure.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Bachelor degree in HR/Finance/ Actuarial Sciences or business administration.
