Responsibilities are included but not limited to:
- Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals.
- Manage the teams of Web & Software Developers, IT / Technical support and Automation Projects by developing effective training procedures, appropriate task assignments, positive customer experiences and top quality control processes; also support the USA office requirements.
- Manage all phases of IT projects including design, development, testing and delivery of projects which requires hands-on skills with Web programming languages (such as CodeIgniter/ Laravel/ WordPress/ WooCommerce/ PHP/ CSS/ SQL/ MYSQL/ Dot Net/ Framework/ Java/ Amazon/ eBay and Social Media Marketing.
- Manage network support operations of over 450 remote locations, managing Servers, backups, DRs, VM, intranet.
- Set targets to meet all project goals within the specified budget of the clients and the organization; adjust practices to reflect cost saving measures.
- Identify best suitable and cost effective solutions and opportunities to improve organizational performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Infomation Technology, Masters would be preferred.
- 12+ years of proven experience in managing large IT Teams from which 5 years of Manager / Assistant Manager role.
- Successful track record and in Project Management, Planning, Process Improvement, Analyzing Information , Reporting Skills, Problem Solving, Perspective, Problem Solving.
- Experience of working with large US based companies specially retail operations and working with BPO would be preferable.
- Must be well organized and able to prioritize different projects simultaneously.
- Good English communication skill, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle large team with tight project deadlines with innovations and creativity.
